  Mary!! Help!! I need emergency recipe!! I have company
over and i want to cook up a *special treat*!! I want some-
thing on par with Lobster, shrimp, Rib eye steak..something
really special. I was wondering if you have any special
recipes for Spam. I know everyone likes it and i hear you
can form it into anything with your hands. Does it go with
red or white wine?? Should I serve it on a platter with
the best cutlery??? Please reply!!!

ok Bub...
you get out the spam and slice it into 1/4 inch slices...
then you get out yur best cookie cutters and cut out
really cute lil shapes!! (the kids can help if you get in
a *time bind*)
now you take the cute lil shapes and spread
each one with a layer of cream cheese
(everybody loves creamchz!!)
put the crmchz side down on a *ritzy* cracker.. here you
cannot SCRIMP!! must be ritzy or ppl will think you are
trying to pull something over on them!! :)
ok now slice some of those yukky stuffed green olives very
very thinly so you got a green circle with red center.
on top of each *spam shape* smear a tiny lil bit of cavier
and center the green olive right on top!!!!
sprinkle with dried freshly ground limburger chz!

YOU WONT BELIEVE THESE THINGS!!!!
(AND NEITHER WILL YOUR GUESTS!!!)

Serve them with *mixed* red and white wine cut with 7-up!
*WINE FLIPS!* make lots!!! (cause yur guests will REALLY
be wanting a BIG drinky or two!) 

Be sure to use *disposible napkins*!!! not linen!!!
(some people might try to spit their *GOODY* out when you
are not lookin! and you dont wanna have to SORT thru *thaT*
before doing the wash!)

oh yeah... dont tell ppl you used the SPAM... just tell
them they serve this at the *White House* on VERY SPECIAL
occassions!!! (You might want to paint YOUR house Blue!)
You can tell them you use only the *FRESHEST* Ritzy
crackers tho.. they will appreciate that! :D

AND!!
These are suitable to be served with anything!!!!!!
make a good after-dinner TREAT too... 
(serve with parsley branches if you do it after dinner!!)

oh!!!forgot almost....
take all the scraps from the *cuttings* and mix them up
to paste...serve a lil daub beside each place setting...
tell them it is creamchz *PATE*!!
you will be so PoPulAr!!
ppl will TALK ABOUT YOU for Years!!! :D
